All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Ethnicsaa or its content suppliers. The compilation of all site content is the exclusive property of Ethnicsaa and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, or use Ethnicsaa’s content, images, or trademarks without written consent.
  • You may create a hyperlink to our homepage, provided it does not portray Ethnicsaa or its products in a false, misleading, derogatory, or offensive manner.
  • Unauthorized use terminates the limited license granted by Ethnicsaa.

4. Your Account

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and restricting access to their devices.
  • Ethnicsaa reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

5. Sizing

The fit of our garments depends on the cut, fabric, and style. Some garments are designed for a relaxed fit, while others are more tailored. Customers are advised to check the sizing guide before purchase.

6. Product Descriptions & Color Variations

  • Ethnicsaa strives to provide accurate product information. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.
  • If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for size exchange (as per policy).
  • Due to professional photoshoots and lighting, actual product color may vary by 10–15% from images shown.

7. Pricing

  • All prices listed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges may vary depending on location and delivery method.

8. Dispatch Timeline

  • Since we work on an order-based system, dispatch usually takes 10–15 days.
  • For bulk orders (3+ outfits), dispatch may take 20–25 days.

9. Exchange & Returns

  • Domestic Orders: Only size exchanges are available.
  • International Orders: No exchanges or returns available.
  • Customization: Once customized (size, length, sleeves, neckline, etc.), outfits are not eligible for exchange.
  • Returns & Refunds: Not available under any circumstances.

10. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • In case of emergencies, a store coupon code may be offered at our discretion.

11. Product Opening Video Requirement

Customers must record a product opening video while unboxing. This video will serve as proof in case of damage complaints. Requests without video proof cannot be processed.

12. Size Exchange Process

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Customers must self-ship the product to us via their nearest courier service (pickup is not available).

13. Care Instructions for Pure Cotton Garments

To extend the life of your Ethnicsaa outfits:

  • Wash gently with cold water.
  • Use mild, eco-friendly detergents.
  • Turn garments inside out before washing.
  • Line dry in shade; avoid direct sunlight.
  • Iron on low heat.
  • Wash only when necessary; spot clean when possible.
