What are the international shipping charges?

  • INR 2000 per kg (approx. USD 20) is charged for all international orders.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, based on your country's import laws.

Delivery Timelines for International Orders:

  • Standard Delivery: 20–25 business days
  • During Festivals or High Volume: 35–45 business days

Payment Methods for International Orders:
We accept all major international credit cards for secure payment.

🇮🇳 DOMESTIC (INDIA) SHIPPING

Delivery Timelines for Indian Orders:

  • Standard Delivery: 14–18 business days
  • During Festivals or Sale Periods: 25–30 business days

🔁 RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Are returns or exchanges allowed?

  • International Orders: No returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
  • Domestic Orders (India): We only allow size exchange (no return or refund). Please refer to our detailed Return & Exchange Policy for eligibility and process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at ethnicsaa@gmail.com with images and your order number. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Dispatch Time:
Customised outfits take 25 to 45 days to process and dispatch.

Important:
All customised outfits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstance.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Prepaid orders (including international): Cannot be cancelled.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please email us at ethnicsaa@gmail.com with your order details.
