Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ethnicsaa. We hope you love your purchase! However, if you're not fully satisfied with the size, you may request a size exchange only.
Returns or refunds are not accepted.

At Ethnicsaa, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every piece is carefully checked before dispatch. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Purchases made using coupons or gift vouchers
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Sarees
  • International orders

📌 Please check the size chart thoroughly before placing your order, especially for sale or custom items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Kindly send the item back to us along with your order number.
  • After we receive and verify the issue, we’ll send a replacement within 7 business days.

Size Exchange Policy

We understand the importance of a perfect fit! If you need to exchange for a different size, here’s how:

  • Request Timeframe: Within 2 days of delivery
  • Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged
  • Exchange Limit: Only one size larger or smaller than the original item can be exchanged
  • Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We do not offer pickup service.
  • Exchange Fee: A flat ₹250 fee applies for re-shipping the exchanged item.

Exchange Process

  1. Ship the product back to us.
  2. Pay ₹250 to our bank account (details will be shared upon request).
  3. Once we receive both the product and payment, we will dispatch the new size within 10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Minor color differences (up to 10–15%) due to screen settings or lighting are not valid reasons for exchange or return.

  • Personal preferences like disliking the fabric, color, or changing your mind after ordering are not eligible for return or exchange.
